Brand Story
StretchCoach.com (and The Stretching Institute™) was established by Brad Walker) in 1995 in response to a steadily increasing occurrence of sport related injury.
Over the years, Stretch Coach has moved from providing fitness and sports coaching services that specialise in stretching, flexibility and sports injury management, to now providing the same services via online educational tools and software.
Stretch Coaches mission:
“To help people improve their health and well-being through improved flexibility and mobility; an often neglected component of physical fitness.”
Goal
Our focus was to increase sales of the StretchCoach online course for Health and fitness professionals - the Certificate in Stretching & Flexibility.
Our goal was to increase Facebook ROAS from negative to at least 2X.
Solution
We looked at every step of the sales process to find opportunities to maximise conversions and return on investment all the way from improving and updating the set-up of attribution to conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
As a result of these learnings we were able to optimise all paid platforms including Facebook (Meta), Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising.
One of the most important elements we introduced to the funnel process was a lead generation strategy to expand our audience and continue the journey through nurture email sequences and retargeting.
Results
Using all of the strategies for lead generation and optimisation, we've been able to dramatically improve ROI, sales and profit over the past 18 months:
- ROI in Facebook was transformed from a negative to a consistent positive ROI.
- Increased sales by over 80%
- Increased profit by over 150%
- Added over 12.5k leads and counting
