We did a deep dive into the strategies behind the user experience in Google Ads, landing pages and ongoing nurture via email, sms and app.

The most important measurable number we looked at were conversions rates and how these are calculated at every touch point.

For Google Ads, we leveraged machine learning bid strategies to:

  • Develop and adapt landing pages that have been tested and implemented across campaigns
  • Refine & expand targeted audiences to find leads that are more likely to convert
  • Identify search terms that convert and expand keyword targeting.

 

For landing pages, our goal was Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) including:

  • Navigation improvements,
  • Imagery and CTA placement,
  • Language improvement and
  • Overall layout through continual A/B testing.


We also assisted with marketing recruitment to bring their marketing requirements in-house and marketing consultancy assistance with other in-house projects like website rebuild, app re-development and launch.

Month by month, we have progressively been able to increase the lead volume delivered from the campaigns.

In the first year, leads increased significantly whilst decreasing the cost per acquisition by 9%.

Over the past 18 months of working together, we've:

  1. Increased landing page conversion rate by 40%
  2. Decreased cost per lead by 50%
  3. Increased ad spend by 20 X
